Embroidery

There are a few steps involved in digitizing and embroidery to make sure that the final product is exactly what you want.

Embroidery Procedure:

  1. Provide us with an embroidery file or have image file digitized by us

  2. Sign off on digitized "mock up" (colors and image/words)

  3. Test "sew out" of approved design on fabric swatch

  4. Customer approves sew out or requests adjustments to be made. A new sew out will be provided with any requested changes.

  5. Design is sewn onto blank apparel as specified by the customer

Customer Supplied Clothing

We can sew your custom design on clothing you supply, however you need to be aware of some terms.

When providing your own garment:

  • Not Responsible for Damage— Unintentional damage may occur to the garment or design as part of the embroidery process.

  • Signature — Customers supplying their own garments will sign off on any work prior to embroidery starting which includes not holding EmergencyThreads responsible for damage.

  • Timely — Customer supplied garments will be embroidered in a timely fashion

EmergencyThreads.com Supplied Clothing

Damage to garments can occur due to many factors including the embroidery needle, type of fabric or the design itself.  When you buy the garment from us to be embroidered you receive a 100% guarantee that the clothing will be free from damage.  Part of the cost of doing business is having a few extra garments on hand for when the unforeseen damage happens.  The damaged item becomes a test item for future "sew outs".

Our Guarantee:

  • Timely delivery
